Birth is not something that happens to you. You make the calls about your body, your baby, and how you want this to go. My job is to make sure you have solid information, steady hands, and someone in the room who knows what you want when things get intense.
Every package includes continuous support through your entire labor and birth — I'm with you from active labor until you're settled with your baby, however long that takes. Prenatal visits, postpartum visits, and phone and text access are included at every level.
I serve families in Newport News, Hampton, and across Hampton Roads. I take a limited number of births each season so that every family gets my full attention.

Birth Planning Session $200
If you’re not sure where to start or feel overwhelmed by information and choices, this one is for you.
A standalone birth planning session is a focused, hour(ish) long conversation where we dig into what matters most to you about your birth. We’ll explore your hopes, your questions, your concerns, and your options. You'll walk away with a personalized birth preferences document that reflects your values and gives your care team a clear picture of who you are and what you need.
Partners or support people are always welcome!
If you choose to book doula services later, the session fee will be deducted from your total.

Virtual-only doula support $400
I'm based on the Peninsula. For births on the Southside, a one-time $150 travel fee applies. At least one prenatal and one postpartum visit will be in person; the rest can be in person or virtual (whichever works best for your family).
Investment
Research shows doulas improve birth experiences and outcomes. Every birth deserves that. A few ways I’m working to make doula services more accessible across income levels are:
Payment plans - split any package into interest-free monthly payments until on-call period begins (usually 38 weeks).
HSA/FSA funds - itemized superbills available for reimbursement.
Sliding scale - I hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots each season for families who need them. Ask me at your consultation.
