Support that stays with you.
Birth is not something that happens to you. You make the calls about your body, your baby, and how you want this to go. My job is to make sure you have solid information, steady hands, and someone in the room who knows what you want when things get intense.
Every package includes continuous support through your entire labor and birth — I'm with you from active labor until you're settled with your baby, however long that takes. Prenatal visits, postpartum visits, and phone and text access are included at every level.
I serve families in Newport News, Hampton, and across Hampton Roads. I take a limited number of births each season so that every family gets my full attention.

Essentials $950
For families looking for solid, focused support right where it counts most.

One prenatal visit, in person or virtual

Guided check-in emails from booking through postpartum
Your own Hey Village page — a private link to a postpartum care registry, where friends and family can sign up to bring meals, walk the dog, hold the baby, or just check in.

Birth Planning Session $200
Not sure where to start with your birth? Too much information is beginning to feel overwhelming? This one is for you.
A standalone birth planning session is a focused, hour(ish) long conversation where we dig into what matters most to you about your birth. We’ll explore your hopes, your questions, your concerns, and your options. You'll walk away with a personalized birth preferences document that reflects your values and gives your care team a clear picture of who you are and what you need.
No package required. No commitment beyond the session itself.
If you choose to book a birth package later, this session fee will be subtracted from your total.

Investment
I want care to reach families who might feel that support is out of reach. A few ways that happens:
Payment plans — split any package into monthly payments, interest-free, through your due date
HSA and FSA cards accepted
Sliding scale — I hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots each season for families who need them. Ask me at your consultation.
