Birth doula support for every family.
Every package includes continuous labor support, at least one prenatal visit, one postpartum visit, and phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy. I serve all of Hampton Roads: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Yorktown, and surrounding areas.
Financial assistance is available. Payment plans, HSA/FSA, and Virginia Medicaid enrollment in progress. If cost is a concern, please reach out before you rule it out.

Birth Planning Session $150-$225

A standalone birth planning session is a focused, 60 to 90 minute conversation where we dig into what matters most to you about your birth. We’ll explore your hopes, your questions, your concerns, and your options. You'll walk away with a personalized birth preferences document that reflects your values and gives your care team a clear picture of who you are and what you need.
No package required. No commitment beyond the session itself.
If you decide you'd like more support after we meet, the cost of your planning session will be applied toward any Kinfolk Birth Co. package.
